finally the day of the concert! also the last day of band! even though there's the farewell function, but i think it will be a few months later.
did chemistry papers in the morning. practically every question don't know how to do, or i just forgotten how to do. prelims i'll just die. at least the mcq was much better.
bus-ed to woodlands mrt to meet carol, yanyiin, shiming. i was latest today but wasn't late yet. they are early. went to foodcourt and saw guzheng people. ate lunch. waited for the sec1s to pass me the tickets. they come so late that we had to take a taxi. found one, went in. the next part was interesting.
uncle: going to rp is it?
we: yah
someone asked: how you know?
uncle: son also from phs, having a concert at rp
we: oh
uncle: my son is firdaus, you all know him?
we: OOHHHH!
so got a free ride to rp. cool luh. and there i was complaining about taxi more expensive than bus. so went in to the theatre which is super cold, but once reached the dressing room, it's like so warm. had a rehearsal. everyone seems to love the corridoor at the holding area as it's much cooler than the dressing room. so we will just sit on the floor and block the way.
the ticket sales is like finally settled. all the 'missing' tickets was 'found'. like i don't know how, but they just appeared. was happy. finally no more scoldings.
had early dinner. we were the first few and were able to eat first but the food provided was quite little. so i bought spaghetti. carol waited for me. nice. changed into band-u. suddenly the dressing room became even warmer, like sauna. after tuning, everyone went outside on the corridoor and slack.
the concert didn't start on time, maybe 10minutes late. everything went well, but my fingers were still cold. but somehow, they light make it such a way that we can't see the audience but the audience can see us, which is good. changed in the yellow-tee and jeas after that, while alumni tuned. blahblahblahblahblah. just basically slacking around and everyone is like finding for water. blahblahblah.
somehow, i just can't be happy, was somehow forced to pay for a ticket that was unsold, like how i know what's going to happen. i'm $15 poorer. crap.
the band alumni was nice. scootin' and 7th night of july. waited for finale, which i somehow was quite high. the concert ended 1hour later than expected. crap. luckily didn't take the bus back to school or i may not be able to catch my bus home.
need to study. i'm like so dead.
i have a feeling that i'm going to do badly for prelims 1.
